El Sr. Pascal Kiener es Director General de la Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, Presidente del Fonds de Prvoyance en Faveur du Personnel de la BCV y miembro del Consejo de la Fundación del Instituto Suizo de Finanzas. Forma parte del Consejo de Administración de la Fundación BCV, la Fondation EPFL Plus, la Fondation Foot Avenir, la Fondation Genve Place Financire, la Chambre vaudoise du commerce et de l'industrie, la Swiss Bankers Association y la Verband Schweizerischer Kantonalbanken. El Sr. Kiener se incorporó al BCV como director financiero el 1 de junio de 2003 y fue nombrado director general el 1 de mayo de 2008. Entre 1985 y 1991, el Sr. Kiener trabajó como ingeniero para Fides Informatics en Zúrich y Hewlett Packard en Ginebra. En 1993, se incorporó a la consultora McKinsey & Company.
