Peter Hopkins

Mr. Peter Hopkins is Vice President at Prospect Capital Management LP.
He has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Hopkins spent four years at Waypoint Residential, where he focused on the origination and execution of multifamily real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Waypoint, he was with Broadway Partners, where he was responsible for executing and managing office property transactions throughout the United States.
He began his career as a real estate investment banking analyst at Sonnenblick-Goldman.
Mr. Hopkins holds a BBA in Finance and Information Systems from The George Washington University.
