Randall Crowder

Randall Crowder was the founder of Precedent Health LLC, where he served as the VP of Operations and Investor from 2010 to 2012.
He is also the founder of TEXO Ventures LLC, where he currently holds the position of Managing Partner since 2011.
In 2017, he founded Nove Ventures as the Managing Partner.
Mr. Crowder is also the founder of Texas Venture Labs.
Currently, Mr. Crowder holds multiple positions.
Since 2013, he has been the Director at OpenMarkets LLC.
He is also a Director at Cryptowatch, a Member of the Young Entrepreneur Council, Inc., and the Chief Operating Officer at PhunCoin, Inc. In his former roles, Mr. Crowder served as the Executive Director at The Central Texas Angel Network.
From 2012 to 2020, he was the Director at SwipeSense, Inc. He also held the position of Board Observer and Investor at Wenzel Spine, Inc. from 2009 to 2023.
Additionally, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Phunware OpCo, Inc. Mr. Crowder was also the Chief Operating Officer at Phunware, Inc. from 2018 to 2023.
Mr. Crowder completed his undergraduate degree at the US Military Academy and obtained an MBA from the McCombs School of Business.
