Mr. Strother was Regional Chief Executive Officer of Central Arkansas for Arvest Bank Group Bentonville from 2000 to 2004, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Central Bank & Trust Company Little Rock from 1996 to 2000, President and Chief Operating Officer of First Commercial Bank of Little Rock from 1991 to 1994, President of First Commercial Mortgage Company from 1984 to 1987 and President of Commercial National Mortgage Company from 1981 to 1984.
Mr. Strother began his career in 1973 at Commercial National Bank Little Rock.
Mr. Strother has more than 34 years of banking experience.
