Sarah Farrell

Prior to joining Gresham, Ms. Sarah Farrell was a Director at Goldman Sachs in Australia where she worked for 2 years in the Financial Sponsors Advisory team.
In that role she was responsible for client account management, principal ideas origination and day-to-day management of live transactions including involvement in compiling leveraged finance packages.
Ms. Farrell has worked on a multitude of M&A transactions both in Australia and in the UK, including most recently the leveraged recapitalisation of Seven Media, together with KKR’s acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in the new company.
Prior to her time at Goldman Sachs in Australia, Ms. Farrell spent several years working in investment banking and financial advisory services both in London and in New Zealand.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Otago, New Zealand and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Charted Accountants
