Sharlene P.
Abrams has been the Chief Financial Officer since October 2002.
Prior to joining Opsware, Ms. Abrams served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Mercury Interactive Corporation, a software company, from November 1993 to November 2001.
From February 1988 to November 1993, Ms. Abrams was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, an auditing firm.
Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Abrams held financial management positions with Cullinet Software, a software company, and Compugraphic Corporation, a manufacturing company.
Ms. Abrams began her career in 1978 as a certified public accountant with Laventhol & Horwath, an auditing firm.
Ms. Abrams holds a B.S.
in business administration from Boston University.
