Sudhakar Rao

Mr. Rao has held positions as an Independent Director at CMC Ltd., Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. He has also served as a Director at Nitstone Waste Management Pvt Ltd. and AIX Connect Pvt Ltd. In addition, Mr. Rao has worked as a Development Commissioner for the State of Karnataka, Deputy Secretary-Economic Affairs at the India Ministry of Finance, and Joint Secretary at the India Ministry of Power.
He was also a Member of the Public Enterprises Selection Board.
Mr. Rao holds a graduate degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Delhi School of Economics.
