Smyth is an Investment Director at Rathbones Investment Management Ltd.
He manages portfolios for private clients, pension funds, charities and trusts.
He is part of the team that transferred to Rathbones from Deutsche Bank in May 2014 and before Deutsche Bank, he was a Private Client Manager at Brown Shipley.
He holds a MSc in Industrial Relations from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of Manchester.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute and a Chartered Wealth Manager.
