Tom Stacy

Mr. Tom Stacy is a Founding Partner at CapRidge Partners LLC.
He co-founded CapRidge in 2012.
He has been instrumental in acquiring, managing and enhancing the value of Austin’s landmark properties.
Since 1994, Mr. Stacy has led the team at T.
Stacy & Associates.
In 1997 and 2009, he served as the chairman of the Downtown Austin Alliance.
In addition to his accolades and endeavors, Mr. Stacy is past chairman of the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee.
From 2003 to 2008, he served as president of the Community Partnership for the Homeless (renamed Green Doors).
Mr. Stacy has also been a member of the Governor’s Business Council/The Texas Business Leadership Council since 2006.
He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Originally from Levelland, Texas, Mr. Stacy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University in 1975.
