Vishal Rawal

Prior to joining Steelpoint Capital, Mr. Rawal worked in Citigroup's Internal Mergers & Acquisition group.
During his tenure there he focused on both domestic and international principal acquisitions for the Corporate and Investment Bank.
He was an active member of the team responsible for executing deals in various business segments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Municipals.
Mr. Rawal graduated cum laude from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business with a B.S.
in Finance & International Business.
In addition, he has passed all three levels of the CFA Program consecutively and will be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience.
