Wilma Braat, CFA, MBA, is Senior Vice President and Director of MNP Corporate Finance Inc., in Meyers Norris penny’s Calgary office.
Committed to her clients’ success, she specializes in delivering corporate finance and business advisory services to mid-market companies across Alberta.
With over 14 years of industry experience in corporate finance, fund management and venture capital, Wilma assists clients with divestitures; mergers and acquisitions; and management buyouts.
Working with clients in a variety of industries, Wilma takes great pride in listening to client’s needs and helping them achieve their goals.
Wilma holds an MBA in Finance from McGill University and has been a Certified Financial Analyst since 2002.
She is an active member of the Alberta CFA Society.
