Xiaoming Li

Xiaoming Li is Chief Legal Counsel of The PetroChina International Co., Ltd.
She was Policy Research Office, Deputy Secretary of Youth Corps Committee and Deputy Director of the Office of Restructuring Economic System of PetroChina Co. Ltd.
from 1982 to 1992.
Ms. Li was General Manager of the Integrative Planning Department, the Project Investment Management Department, the Risk Control Department, and Legal Affairs Department of China National United Oil Co. Ltd.
She has over 20 years of experience in the China's petroleum and natural gas industry.
Ms. Li received an Executive MBA from National University of Singapore.
