The Kibbutz Industries Association (KIA) is a central umbrella organization representing around 270 industrial plants primarily located in Israel’s peripheral regions, including kibbutzim, cooperative moshavim, and regional factories. The private company is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Established in 1962, KIA advocates for kibbutz industries before government ministries, regulators, and economic bodies as part of the broader manufacturers' association. The association promotes the growth, competitiveness, and sustainability of kibbutz industries through innovation and entrepreneurship, international activity, human capital development, corporate responsibility (including ESG practices), and representation.
