Amat Adarov

Dr. Amat Adarov is a Senior Research Associate at The Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies.
His research focuses on international trade and finance, applied macroeconomics, economic integration, and transition economies.
He also coordinates the work of the EU Neighbourhood research group, contributes to the development of the institute's macroeconomic analysis and forecasting system, and engages in capacity development activities in his research areas.
His past professional experience includes work in academia, public and private sectors in the USA and Russia.
He holds a Ph.D.
in Economics.
