Andreas Walther

Dr. Andreas Walther is a Chief Impact Officer, Risk & Compliance Manager at Carnot Capital AG.
He is one of the co-founders since 2007, and has been working in the financial industry for more than 25 years.
He is responsible for fund controlling and supports additionally the listing of EEII AG, Zug, an investment company.
He was at Valartis Group, a SIX Swiss Exchange-listed investment bank, which is specialized in equities and derivatives.
As a longtime CFO and member of senior management, he was responsible for the financial management of the bank and group.
In addition, he served on various boards in Switzerland.
He started his career at Alusuisse-Lonza Holding AG, Zurich, in corporate control.
He studied at the University of St. Gallen, in Economics and holds a Ph.D.
in Economics.
