Chuck Wilson

Charles Wilson founded Archemix Corp.
in 2001, where he worked as Chief Technology Officer from 2001 to 2008 and Cogent Biosciences, Inc. in 2014, where he worked as President, CEO, Secretary & Director from 2019 to 2020.
Dr. Wilson also currently works at Massachusetts Biotechnology Council, as Director from 2020 and GigaGen, Inc., as Independent Director.
Dr. Wilson also formerly worked at Ignyte Acquisition Corp., as Independent Director, the University of California, Santa Cruz, as Professor from 1994 to 2001, and Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, Inc., as Vice President-Strategic Alliances from 2008 to 2014.
Dr. Wilson received his undergraduate degree and graduate degree from Boston University and doctorate degree from The University of California, San Francisco.
