Cristina Popescu

Cristina joined Oakley in 2019 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and investment advice.
Prior to joining Oakley, Cristina worked at Barclays Bank in London and focused on investment grade and leveraged loan origination in the UK.
Previously, Cristina worked in Barclays’ loan syndication team, where she focused on arranging and underwriting transactions across the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Benelux region.
Cristina holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD Business School in Paris and Singapore, is a CFA® charterholder and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from Warwick Business School.
