David Sol

Mr. David Sol is an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments Ltd. He joined Standard Life Investments in 2010.
He is responsible for conducting fundamental and relative value research of Covered Bonds and ABS investments including cash flow analysis and stress testing.
Mr. Sol started his career in Lehman Brothers’ Principal Finance team where he worked on the acquisition and development of European lending businesses.
He then worked on the structuring of securitization transactions.
He joined from a long-short credit hedge fund, where he was in charge of the credit analysis of European ABS Investments.
He has a M.Sc.
in Artificial Intelligence from the Vrije University of Amsterdam.
