Elisa Casi Eberhard

Dr. Elisa Casi Eberhard is a Junior Research Associate at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH.
She works in close cooperation with the research unit “Corporate Taxation and Public Finance”.
She is an assistant professor in the Business and Management Science Department at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is affiliated to the Norwegian Centre for Taxation (NoCeT).
Her research focuses on international taxation, in particular on the determinants and consequences of information disclosure on individual and corporate tax compliance.
She is working on several projects investigating how the automatic collection and exchange of information affects tax evasion and avoidance by individuals and corporations.
During her PhD, she was working as a research assistant at the Chair of International Taxation and was a visiting scholar at the Questrom School of Business (Boston University).
She obtained her PhD under the supervision of Professor Christoph Spengel in 2020 from the Graduate School of Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Mannheim.
