He worked as a Principal at Chemical Bank and as a Senior Vice President of Operations at INVEST Financial Corp.
While working as Director of Brokerage Operations for Estabrook & Co. (which later became Moseley, Hallgarten, Estabrook & Weedon through a series of mergers and acquisitions), McPartland conceived and spearheaded the inception of Securities Settlement Corp.
He serves on the boards of Legent Clearing LLC and Banks.com, Inc.
