Gary Heatherington

Prior to his long career at MasterCard, Mr. Heatherington was a Group Vice President at the National Trust Company and held positions at the Bank of Montreal and National Westminster Bank.
Mr. Heatherington has held or currently holds Directorship positions at Cyota, First Data Corp.
(FDR), Visa Canada, MasterCard Canada, Maestro, and Paradata Systems Inc. Mr. Heatherington received his MBA from Pacific Western University.
