Harold F. Monahan

Harold F.
Monahan has been an Executive Vice President-Materials and Engineering for Trex Co., Inc. since December 2006.
Previously, he was an Executive Vice President and General Manager for Trex from May 2003 to November 2006, Senior Vice President and General Manager from March 2002 to May 2003 and Senior Vice President for Manufacturing and Distribution from October 2000 to March 2002.
Mr. Monahan was Senior Vice President and General Manager of TREX Company LLC from March 2002 to December 2002 and Senior Vice President for Manufacturing and Distribution from October 2000 to March 2002.
From 1999 to 2000, he was Operations Manager for North American Operations of ExxonMobil Corporation.
He was Logistics, Business Development and Product Exchange Manager for North American Operations of Mobil Oil Company from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Monahan served as an Officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps.
He received a BS degree in Economics from St. Norbert College.
