Hector Adam Fleming

Mr. Hector Adam Fleming is a Founder FWA & Co-Group Chief Executive Officer at Imara Asset Management (UK) Ltd. and a Co-Chief Executive Officer at Imara Holdings Ltd. He is on the Board of Directors at Fleming Wulfsohn Africa Ltd., Clover Alloys SA (Pty) Ltd., Goldmoney Network Ltd., Netagio Holdings Ltd. and The Johannesburg Land Co. Ltd. He has over 10 years of private equity experience across Africa and other emerging markets and Co-Founded Fleming Wulfsohn Africa in 2012.
Mr. Fleming is a former Director of Standard Chartered Bank’s private equity coverage team out of London with a central focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and was previously in the banks’ private equity group, investing growth capital from the bank’s balance sheet and 3rd party funds into private equity opportunities in the emerging Asian economies.
He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
