Henry M. Baroco

Henry M.
Baroco has been President and Chief Operating Officer for Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. since December 9, 2005.
Previously, he had been Chief Operating Officer of Goldleaf Financial Solutions since 2001 and was Chief Executive Officer from January 31, 2003 to December 9, 2005.
Mr. Baroco was President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Towne Services from September 1996 to October 1999 and Chief Executive Officer from October 1999 to February 2000.
He was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Vendor Finance Division for CIT Industrial Finance and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Norwest Equipment Finance.
He worked for GE Capital, most recently as National Sales Manager of the Vendor Finance Business.
