When considering start-up opportunities, WCP makes both control and minority equity investments. They invest in the form of both equity and mezzanine securities. Investments typically range from $20 million to $150 million. Transaction types include MBOs, LBOs, recapitalizations, growth financings, acquisition financings, mezzanine financings (sponsor or non-sponsor transactions) and special situations such as PIPEs and distressed situations.
