John Moore

Prior to joining 3i, Mr. Moore was a Managing Director and the Global Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley.
In that role, he was responsible for Morgan Stanley’s healthcare banking efforts including mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings and financings for companies in all subsectors of healthcare globally.
Prior to that role, he led the firm’s healthcare capital markets team.
During his fifteen year career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Moore also covered the consumer, retail, industrial and financial sectors, as well as the Latin American region.
Prior to that he practiced corporate law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Mr. Moore is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Law School, a member of the Rockefeller University Council, the former president of the Irvington Institute for Immunological Research, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, National Arts Club and the Advisory Board for the Encyclopedia of New York City.
He speaks fluent Spanish.
