John Schaus

Mr. John Schaus is a Principal at Leisure Capital Management, Inc. Prior to joining Leisure, he was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Dresdner Kleinwort Securities, a global investment bank headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
He spent 17 years at Dresdner in its New York and Chicago offices.
His focus was primarily on corporate finance and leveraged acquisitions.
Prior to joining Dresdner, Mr. Schaus worked as a tax advisor at Integrated Resources, Inc. and started his career with the tax department at Price Waterhouse in New York.
Mr. Schaus received a BS in accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY in 1979.
In 1982, he obtained his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and in 1986 a LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
He was admitted to the NY State Bar and US Tax Court in 1983.
