Kyle Thomas

Kyle joined Prospect Partners in 2022.
As our Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the firm’s accounting, regulatory and financial reporting functions.
He has more than 10 total years of experience in private company finance and accounting.
Kyle was previously the Controller at Winona Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on consumer brands, in Chicago.
At Winona, Kyle was responsible for the firm’s financial reporting, compliance, and investor relations.
He also worked as a Senior Accountant in the family office group of Guggenheim Partners in Chicago.
Kyle holds a B.S.
in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed CPA in Illinois.
