Mark E. Rodgers

Mark E.
Rodgers co-founded Valence Broadband, Inc. in 2005 and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
He is an Active Member of the Mississippi Delta Technology Council, the External Advisory Research Committee for Mississippi State University, and Wireless Communications Association International.
Prior to co-founding Valence Broadband, he was Chief Executive Officer of Air2Lan, Inc. Prior to joining Air2Lan, Mr. Rodgers founded SmartSynch, Inc. and served as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, he was Vice President of Operations for SkyTel Corp.
Mr. Rodgers was an Engagement Manager of Arthur Andersen.
He worked at the Personal Communications Industry Association.
He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and technology.
Mr. Rodgers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
