Michael Chertoff

Michael Chertoff is the founder of Potomac Fusion LLC, founded in 2003, and MC2 Investment Management LLC, founded in 2009.
At MC2 Investment Management LLC, he holds the title of Chairman starting in 2012.
Currently, Mr. Chertoff holds the position of Chairman-Trustees Board at Noblis, Inc. He is also a Director at The Atlantic Council of the United States, Delta Risk LLC, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and Freedom House, Inc. In the past, Mr. Chertoff served as Chairman of BAE Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2021.
He was also a Director at VerifyMe, Inc., Wi2Wi, Inc., InfoZen LLC, Peraton Risk Decision, Inc., and Wi2Wi Corp.
Additionally, he served as Secretary of Homeland Security Corp.
and the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security from 2005 to 2009.
He was a Principal at the US Court of Appeals for The Third Circuit in 2005.
Mr. Chertoff received his graduate degree from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from Harvard College.
