Paul Gurm

Paul is a Principal in H.I.G.
Capital’s New York office, where he focuses on the firm’s Infrastructure activities.
Paul is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, transaction structuring, financing and execution of post-closing growth strategies.
Paul has over a decade of private equity and corporate finance experience.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Paul worked at American Infrastructure Funds where he evaluated and executed middle market infrastructure investments across a wide range of industries and served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies.
Previously, Paul was a member of the Energy Investment Banking team at J.P.
Morgan where he advised clients on M&A, capital markets, and strategic initiatives.
Paul began his career at PwC in Canada.
Paul earned his Master of Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University.
