Mr. Richard M.
Lake is a Global Head of Investment Risk at Savills Investment Management (UK) Ltd. He has been with the firm since 2004 and has overall responsibility for the implementation and adherence of the firm's investment process throughout the organization, with particular emphasis on risk management, governance and ESG.
He chairs the Transaction Advisory Committee and is a key member of the Portfolio Advisory and ESG Committees.
