Richard Park

Richard has over ten years of experience in the infrastructure, alternative investments and banking sectors.
As a partner and senior foreign legal counsel for a law firm in Korea, Richard focused his practice in the areas of project financing, private equity funds, collective investment schemes, asset management and mergers and acquisitions via funds across the infrastructure, energy and project sectors.
Richard has worked with Korean investors, sponsors, lenders and underwriters in connection with acquiring, developing and financing infrastructure, renewal energy, power and real estate projects in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Prior to moving to Seoul, Richard was Vice-President at JP Morgan Chase & Co. (formerly Bear, Stearns & Co.) in New York where he began his legal career.
At JPMorgan Chase, Richard handled a broad range of domestic and international transactions and contracts by providing legal services and risk control on the firm’s technology, outsourcing and e-business efforts and intellectual property matters.
Richard graduated from the Stern School of Business, New York University with an undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business and obtained his law degree cum laude from New York Law.
Richard is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
