Seung Jung Ro

Seung Jung Ro has been a Director of Tremisis Energy Acquisition Corp.
II since March 13, 2009 and Chief Executive Officer of Mermax Co. Ltd. since August 2008.
He served as Chief Executive Officer of DureCom Co. Ltd. from January 2006 to August 2008 and Chief Executive Officer of DureTech, Inc. from March 2000 to December 2005.
Mr. Ro served as a Director for KoreaSambo, Inc. from July 1999 to February 2000 and a Manager of the Administration Department for Kumho Metertech, Inc. from February 1997 to June 1999.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Chungbuk National University.
