Tamar Schamroth Liptz

Ms. Tamar Schamroth Liptz, CFA, is a Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Hall Capital Partners LLC.
She is responsible for developing investment management strategy and constructing, monitoring, and rebalancing investment portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Schamroth Liptz was a Partner and Equities Analyst for the Oppenheimer Family Office in South Africa.
She was responsible for research, investing in equities across Africa, and capital raising.
Ms. Schamroth Liptz started her career as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Johannesburg.
She received her B.S.
in Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
She is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
