Thomas Davoine

Dr. Thomas Davoine is a Senior Fellow at Institut für Höhere Studien.
From 2012 to 2020 Dr. Davoine was a senior researcher at the IHS; Before that, he worked for eight years in project management and consulting, advising international intergovernmental organizations, the public sector and the banking industry.
He holds a degree in mathematics from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland), a master's degree in operations research from Rutgers University (USA) and a PhD in economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
