Tom Crawford

Serving under contract as SPARK’s chief financial officer, Tom Crawford leads the financial strategy, accounting, budget, human resources, and IT services for the SPARK organization and affiliated entities.
Tom has decades of experience leading these kinds of services in the municipal and private sectors.
Most recently, Tom served at different times as city administrator and/or chief financial officer in a local government.
In this role, Tom focused on delivering safe and reliable infrastructure, responsive and effective services, and a healthy and engaged organization and constituency.
Tom earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in finance and marketing and earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
