Vageesh Gupta

Vageesh Gupta is part of the Private Equity Goods and Products business unit, based in Mumbai.
He is a member of the Private Equity Direct Co-Investments and Direct Lead Growth Investments in Goods and Products Investment Committee as well as member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio company Ecom Express.
He has 15 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at TA Associates, where he led the firm's investment efforts in the consumer and healthcare sectors in India, and at Sequoia Capital.
Before that, Vageesh was with McKinsey & Co advising clients across consumer goods and financial services industries.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, where he was a member of the Dean's List, and a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, India.
