William N. Glasgow

Mr. William N.
Glasgow is a Managing Director at Evercore Trust Company, NA. He is also Senior Member of the finance group, with responsibilities for a number of client relationships and several core products of Evercore Trust.
Mr. Glasglow has extensive experience with company stock investments in defined benefit and defined contribution plans, ESOP's and valuations performed for various types of benefit plan transactions.
He has also been responsible for a number of portfolio management mandates for large blocks of company stocks held in employee benefit plans, and is involved in the analysis of proxy issues for both annual and special shareholder meetings.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hampden - Sydney College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
