Yaron Kulas

Mr. Yaron Kulas joined the Board of Directors on March 2006.
He was recently appointed as President and General Manager of BAE Systems Rokar International Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of BAE Systems Inc. Previously he served as the Finance and Administration Manager of the company.
From 1993 to 1997 Yaron Kulas served as senior assistant to the Director General of the Ministry of Finance.
Under this capacity he was involved in the macroeconomic, banking system, and capital market reforms, and had direct responsibility of the economic relations with the US.
From 1994 to 1997 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Yozma Venture Capital Fund Ltd. Since 2001 Yaron Kulas is a member of the Board of Directors of Bezalel, the Israeli Academy of Arts and Design, as a voluntary activity.
In the past four years he has also served as the Chairman of the Finance and Investments Committee of the Academy.
Yaron Kulas was born in Jerusalem, 1966.
He is married with three children.
He holds a B.Sc degree in Economics and Business Management from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
