Zoe Ann Hines

Zoe Ann Hines is a Director of CompuServe Interactive Services, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of the Roundtable Group.
She is a Member of the The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. and the American Medical Association.
She joined Stephens, Inc. in June, 1971 as Chief Accountant and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Brokerage Accounting.
Prior to joining CompuServe Interactive Services, she was Chairman of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., Secretary and Treasurer of Stephens Resource Management and a Director of Overland Express Funds, Inc. Previously, she held various positions at CSS, Inc. Ms. Hines received a BBA degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Central Arkansas in 1971.
She is a Certified Public Accountant.
