Kathleen K.
Toth joined in 1995 and serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.
Prior to joining us, Ms. Toth was the Vice President of Service Operations at Options Mental Health from 1992 to 1995.
Ms. Toth also worked for CIGNA Healthplan of Texas, Inc. as Director of Financial Services and for EQUICOR Health Plan of Florida as Controller from 1987 to 1992.
Ms. Toth is a certified public accountant.
