Richard Steiner

Richard Steiner has been a Director of Enterprise Acquisition Corp.
since July 9, 2007 and a Broadway Theatrical Producer of the ten musicals since 1985.
He has co-produced Jersey Boys, Hairspray, The Producers and Big River.
Mr. Steiner has co-produced Smokey Joe's Café, Broadway's longest-running musical-revue, and Top Dog/Underdo.
Mr. Steiner is an Owner of Desiree Productions.
He was a Member of the Initial Investor Group in the Chi-Chi's restaurant chain and Dr. John's Spin Brush.
Mr. Steiner was a Director for Cap Toys, Inc. from 1988 to 1996.
He was a Co-Owner and a Director of United Sports Ventures from 1997 to 2002.
Mr. Steiner received an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a BA degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
