GS&Co.'s PWM manages advisory accounts and invests them in multiple asset classes. The firm utilizes strategies that invest in particular asset classes and investments, including structured investments (including structured notes, certificates of deposit, warrants, ownership units and other types of investment interests whose return is dependent upon the returns of one or more referenced assets) and listed and OTC options. Depending on the strategy selected, there may be embedded leverage in options, futures and other securities.
