Nick Smith

Mr. Smith joined Bryant Homes in 1983 as Assistant Land Manager.
In 1990 he was appointed MD at Bryant South and in 1993 opened a new Division for Bryant in Edinburgh.
In 1996, he was appointed Managing Director of Technical Services, with a responsibility for managing strategic land, production, architectural, surveying and engineering services.
Following the acquisition by Taylor Woodrow, he was appointed Operations Director for Bryant Homes Ltd. Nick became Director of Land and Planning in July 2002.
In October 2004 he became one of four Operations Directors responsible for Taylor Woodrow Developments across the UK.
He is a Chartered Surveyor, having graduated from Oxford Brooks University in 1979 with a BSc in Estate Management.
He is Non-Executive Director of the NHBC (Building Control) Ltd. and Chairman of the HBF Technical Development Committee.
