Paul Gallant

Mr. Paul Gallant is a Managing Director at TD Securities (USA) LLC.
He is Managing Director of Washington Research Group focusing on Technology, Media, & Telecom.
Mr. Gallant has held previous positions at Guggenheim Securities, MF Global, Concept Capital, Stanford Financial, and Schwab Soundview.
Earlier, he served as legal advisor to the Chairman of the FCC.
He has also served as legal advisor to two other FCC commissioners.
Mr. Gallant has previously held senior government affairs positions with Qwest Communications and Broadband Office, Inc. In an earlier stint at the FCC, he helped draft the regulations that opened the cable TV and local telephone markets to competition.
Before joining the FCC, he also served as a staffer for a U.S.
Senator.
Mr. Gallant received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from Catholic University.
