Tayler Jones

Tayler joined NEA in 2021 as a Senior Analyst on the LP Relations team.
She is focused on providing support for existing and prospect Limited Partners and the LPR team more broadly.
Prior to joining NEA, Tayler was a Client Relationship Specialist within the Global Investment Banking Group at Baird, where she focused on building and maintaining relationships with private equity clients to facilitate M&A transactions, primarily within the consumer sector.
In this role, she was responsible for providing analytical and deal support between the investment bank’s industry and product teams, Debt Advisory, and the Financial Sponsors Group on M&A transactions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services.
Tayler began her career at Bloomberg Industry Group as a Commercial Strategy Analyst focused on implementing a data migration strategy for new software developed within the Bloomberg L.P.
product suite.
Tayler graduated with honors from Drexel University, where she earned a B.A. in Finance and Marketing.
During her time at Drexel, Tayler completed three six-month co-op experiences at Johnson & Johnson, Comcast Corporation, and Dechert LLP.
